Previously, he ran Context-Analytics, a media research and analytics consulting firm based in San Francisco and Mumbai, India. Prior to Context, he started and managed marketing, competitive intelligence, research and digital communications practices for several public relations and marketing agencies focused on the technology and healthcare industries.

Before entering the field of consulting, he worked for Dresdner RCM Global Investors, an institutional money management firm. Doug began his career in politics, holding several roles on state and national campaigns.

Doug holds a degree in economics and political science from the University of Vermont. He consults from San Francisco, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
